Message from Priest
Temple is a place of worship and provides focus for both social and spiritual life of the community it serves. Temple is dedicated to Gods and Goddesses: generally to one primary deity and other subordinate deities associated with the main deity. Temple is the link between the devotee and God which reflect the ideals and the way of life. Hindu temples are known by different names in different parts of the worlds and depending upon the language, but God is one for all. Temple is like a light house which shows the path of spirituality.
According to Hindu Dharma, worship is the main part of daily life. One should wake up daily in the early hours to worship God. When you worship God with devotion, he will fulfill all your needs and grant your wishes. You can worship God by offering fruits, flowers, Prasad i.e. sacred food etc.
You can support the temple by volunteering, donating, offering MahaPrasad etc. Temple is a place of worship, a place of knowledge, a place of peace, a place of communication and a place that brings the community together by celebrating the Hindu festivals. Enroll your kids in Gurukulam and language classes so that they can learn about our religion, culture and Indian languages.
